Not only was the exercise equipment and use, very well explained but the various medical conditions and aids was talked about and explained.
Although the exercise classes have been offered for an hour after the 6 week course maybe this could be extended as I have definitely found this a great help.

Anne Taylor was very helpful, she was kind and compassionate and she explained all the options to me clearly and concisely. She didn't rush the appointment like a lot of other clinicians do, this made it feel as though she was genuinely interested in my case, and in helping me get better. She had obviously read up my notes before I saw her - what a pleasant change to other hospital appointments I have attended! She explained my MRI report to me in a language that I could understand. Overall it was a great experience to be treated by her and I would recommend CSH most highly.

Beth was very kind and understanding and gave me the movement back in my shoulder that has completely gone. The exercises were straight forward and very effective.
I would recommend this service to anyone who needed it. Well done and thank you to Beth :-).

Very empathetic conversation between a young (Beth) (24?) and an 80 year old patient. Appointment on time, impossible to suggest how my treatment could have been improved. Astonishing quality of service.
